1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProKuber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

ProKuber provides a cloud-based business management suite, including invoicing, time tracking, expense logging, and client CRM tools for business owners and freelancers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ProKuber cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).

5. Data Ownership & Factory Reset

You retain all rights and ownership to the data you input into ProKuber. You have the ability to permanently delete your workspace and all associated data using the "Factory Reset" feature. Once executed, this action cannot be undone, and ProKuber is not liable for data intentionally deleted by the user.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProKuber, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
